We held our November Remembrance Mass, remembering the people who passed away in our Nursing Home. Thank you to all the families who attended and made this
such a special Mass for us all.
Congratulations for Phil Fahy, our head chef, who has just completed her Professional Cookery 3 year programme in Galway/Mayo Institute of Technology with distinction and also claiming Student of the Year. Well done Phil. We are all very proud of you.
Carol had a couple of weeks holidays this month and we are so glad to have her back - She was missed by all!
